MARBELLA LIFESTYLE

Ah, Marbella, the jewel of the Costa del Sol! Known as Europe's slice of Californian paradise, this glittering city is no mere mirage. Its allure reaches far beyond the allure of perpetual sunshine that bathes its Mediterranean shores throughout the year. It is more than just a locale - it is a lifestyle of unparalleled quality that caters to all: individuals, families, and those little mischief-makers we lovingly call children.

Marbella, this luminous beacon of the Costa del Sol, has been charming globetrotters from the frosty north of Europe, the ever-bustling USA, and the glamorous corners of the UAE. In fact, it is a well-trodden playground for the well-heeled and star-studded, serving as a home-away-from-home for the likes of silver-screen heartthrob Antonio Banderas, Melanie Griffith, rock legend Rod Stewart, business tycoon Alan Sugar, and even the Hollywood action hero, Bruce Willis.

The glitz doesn't stop there, though. Imagine your life elevated to a crescendo of glamour in the twinkling lights of Puerto Banús casino or indulging in the thrill of a moonlit yacht cruise, gazing at the sprinkled constellations mirrored in the tranquil sea. Marbella serves up an enviable blend of luxe living and effervescent nightlife that makes it not just a coveted place to nest but an enticing prospect for property investment.

But wait, there's more! Marbella is a siren call for water lovers, with majestic cruise ships and gargantuan yachts docking in Puerto Banús, making it an ideal location for all things nautical. If your heart beats for the rhythm of the sea, Marbella is the place to drop anchor and explore real estate opportunities.

Moreover, Marbella is a veritable haven for the golfing fraternity, boasting an array of top-notch golfing resorts interspersed with luxurious hotels. And here's the icing on the cake - property prices in Marbella have, like a well-struck golf ball, taken a significant dive in recent years. This turn of events makes it the perfect time for shrewd investors to swoop in and seize a bargain that even the most hardened haggler would be proud of! So, don't just dream about Marbella, make it your reality!

THE OLD TOWN

Many people don’t realise that Marbella is actually also a very Spanish town. This gives it a more cosmopolitan air, with a sense of cool rather than tacky glitz. The back streets of the old part of town are beautiful. Tiny pretty little cobbled lanes, leading to the central “Orange Square”, have old bougainvillea plants trailing off their walls, little boutiques and some excellent authentic restaurants, tapas bars, street cafes and funky late bars.

The lower part of Marbella is where you find arguably one of the most beautiful promenades on the costa, lined with classy restaurants, as well as the small harbour which is really coming back to life with a range of new places to eat and drink.

OTHER ACTIVITES

Other entertainment includes the amphitheatre at Constitution Park which is frequently used for concerts and plays, as is the Puente Romano on the Golden Mile. Just about every sporting activity is catered for in Marbella including world class tennis, sailing and golf.

One of the largest shopping centres on the coast is located just up behind Marbella – La Cañada, where all the high street chains can be found, such as Zara, Mango, H&M and Marks & Spencers. Marbella is a buzzing town, with a local feel, and is great for anyone wanting somewhere where history rubs shoulders with modern life..
